CRH may, without notice, refuse access to its website, portal, CRM system, membership areas, courses, products, templates, digital resources, or services, in whole or in part, to any person who fails to comply with these Terms.

Account Access, CRM Services, Courses, and Memberships

CRH may provide access to CRM systems, portals, funnels, automations, templates, memberships, courses, workshops, digital products, and other business resources. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to share, sell, transfer, sublicense, assign, or make available your CRH account access, course access, membership access, template access, CRM access, private portal access, or paid resources to any other person or business without written permission from CRH.

CRH may suspend or terminate your access if you fail to make required payments, violate these Terms, misuse the platform, abuse team members, engage in unlawful conduct, share private materials, breach intellectual property rights, or otherwise use CRH properties in a way that may harm CRH, its clients, users, systems, or business.

CRH may update, change, pause, remove, replace, or discontinue any website feature, CRM feature, course, membership, template, automation, product, service, or digital resource at any time. CRH does not guarantee that any specific feature, tool, integration, template, automation, or third-party service will remain available forever.

Payments, Subscriptions, and Purchases

When you purchase a product, course, membership, subscription, template, CRM service, workshop, event, or service from CRH, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current payment and billing information.

CRH may process payments through Stripe, PayPal, or other payment processors. Your use of third-party payment processors is also subject to their separate terms, policies, and privacy practices.

Unless otherwise stated on the checkout page or in a written agreement, payment must be made before access, services, products, memberships, courses, templates, or CRM resources are provided.

For subscriptions, memberships, recurring services, or payment plans, you authorize CRH and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until the subscription, membership, payment plan, or recurring service is cancelled or completed according to the applicable offer terms.

Done-for-You Services and Client Work

CRH may offer done-for-you services, CRM setup, funnel setup, automation setup, course setup, onboarding support, marketing system support, business system support, or related services. These services may be subject to separate written agreements, statements of work, proposals, invoices, or project terms.

If a separate written agreement applies, that agreement controls the specific scope, payment terms, timeline, revision terms, ownership terms, and responsibilities for the services described in that agreement. You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required access, approvals, content, assets, and decisions needed for CRH to perform any services.
