What is Client Ready Hub?

Client Ready Hub brings your website, funnels, courses, communities, email marketing, social media scheduling, client records and more into one platform. You also get ready-to-use templates, prepared business systems, training and tech support to help you put it all to work.

Is Client Ready Hub built on GoHighLevel?

Yes. CRH runs on GoHighLevel. We’ve added templates, prepared workflows and training, with an Online Business Manager’s approach to how your business runs. You get the platform’s tools with a starting point and support behind you.

Is CRH suitable if I’m just getting started?

Yes. You don’t need an existing website, course or email list to get started. You can choose the tools you need now, follow the training and use more of the platform as your business develops.

Do I need to be good with technology?

You don’t need to know how to code. There will be things to learn, but you’ll have step-by-step platform lessons, weekly training and tech support. The templates and prepared workflows also give you something to work from.

What can I sell through CRH?

You can sell courses, memberships, services, digital downloads and physical products. You can also build the pages, checkout, booking process and emails that support those offers in the same platform.

Are all the templates included?

Yes. Your CRH membership includes access to our full template library at no extra cost. Choose the designs you want and customise them with your content, images and brand colours.

Can I buy a template without joining CRH?

Yes. You can browse the template shop, explore the demos and buy individual templates. Check the product details for what’s included and which platform you’ll need to use them.

What training will I have access to?

You’ll have platform training to help you learn CRH, plus weekly sessions focused on using the tools in your business. Topics include content, email marketing, websites, offers, launches and business systems.

What if I can’t attend the weekly training?

Replays are available inside CRH, so you can watch when it suits you. You can also revisit a session and follow along while you work through the steps.

What does tech support help with?

Tech support helps you understand the platform and troubleshoot when something isn’t working as expected. You can bring questions about settings, pages, workflows and other CRH tools. If you need someone to build or manage things for you, we also offer separate services.

Can I move my existing business into CRH?

You can move many parts of your business into CRH, but the process depends on the tools you currently use. Some content and data can be imported, while other parts may need to be rebuilt. We also offer migration support as a separate service.

Can I use my own branding and domain?

Yes. You can customise your pages with your colours, fonts, images and content, and connect your own domain. You’ll need to own the domain and have access to its settings.

Will CRH replace every tool I currently use?

It can replace many tools used for websites, email marketing, courses, bookings, social scheduling and client management. Whether you can replace a particular tool depends on the features you need. Explore the feature pages before deciding what to move.

Are there any costs beyond the membership?

Some services, including email sending and SMS, can have usage-based charges. Separate services, such as migration or having our team build your setup, also cost extra. Check the pricing details for what’s included and which charges apply.
